A quick and healthy lunch idea, that is gluten and lactose free.
Gluten Free Vegetarian wrap

– 5 ingredients –
1 tortilla Gluten free tortillas by Mission
50g Mild & tender baby leaf spinach by Woolworths
1/2 avocadoes, hass Hass avocado
1/4 cups Organics cherry tomatoes by Melissa’s
1 serving Lactose free colby cheese slices by Liddells
– steps –
1) Place one tortilla wrap on a microwave safe plate. Microwave for 30 seconds to soften it.
2) Top with baby spinach, sliced avocado, sliced tomatoes. Add salt. Top with cheese.
3) Carefully fold in half and place in a sandwich press for a couple of minutes to crisp the tortilla and melt the cheese.
